The selection of the WMS is solely decided by the WMS Committees and all decisions made by them are final and no correspondence will be entertained.

None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages. None of the foregoing parties shall be responsible or be held liable for any system, server or connection failure, interruption and delay or computer viruses, and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages.

By participating in the WMS recruitment drive, all participants are taken to have agreed to the Rules & Regulations herein and all decisions made by the WMS committees.

The decision on the store(s) assigned to WMS for evaluation is final.
|

The WMS committees will reject any late submission and submission which is incomplete, i.e. all particulars required in the receipt and the WMS Feedback Scorecard questionaires are incomplete and/or incorrectly filled.

The Company reserves the right to cease the recruitment drive any
time without assigning any reasons
